Hi Roger, a mistake in the San Valeers F1B results. I didn’t come in 2nd. That would be quite the achievement considering I was unable to attend the contest. I’m pretty sure 2nd place was Bill Booth.

Hatschek International Challenge May 17-18 update
From: Andrew Barron
Dear Free Flight Friends,
Check the hour-by-hour weather forecasts for this weekend to decide when you most want to fly. The F1A competitors have conferred among themselves and with the CDs Aram and me and have decided to be available for earlier rounds starting 8am Saturday. The wind is projected to be less strong then, though there is a chance of light rain.
If you are interested in flying Saturday morning, earlier than the posted 10am start, just let me know, as I will be there and can start the registrations.
Remember also that we are having the Club Dinner Saturday at 5:30 at the Jolly Onion in Pine Island.
If you have not done so already, please email reply to let Aram and I know of your plans to fly and to attend the club dinner.
Thermals,
Andrew
