Help with the Online Shop
If you are experiencing ongoing problems with the NFFS online shopping system a solution that usually resolves the problem is to empty your browser's cache of temporary web files that are stored on your PC. Below are instructions on how to do this for Firefox, Internet Explorer and Safari.
Note that following this procedure in Internet Explorer will also re-set a number of other features of the browser in addition to clearing the cache.
If you are using Firefox -
1. Clear the cache by going to the "Tools" menu (next to the Help menu) in Firefox
2. Then go to <Options> and then <Advanced> and click on the <Network> Tab.
3. After you've cleared the cache click <OK>
If you are using Internet Explorer -
1. Clear the cache by going to the "Tools" menu (next to the Help menu), and then click <Internet Options>.
2. Click the <Advanced> tab, and then click "Reset".
3. In the "Reset Internet Explorer Settings" dialog box, click "Reset."
4. When Internet Explorer finishes restoring the settings, click "Close," and then click "OK."
5. Close Internet Explorer. Your changes will take effect the next time you open Internet Explorer.
If you are using Safari -
1. Clear the cache by pressing Control-Alt-E, and then click
"Empty."
Then -
1. Go to http://www.freeflight.org/shopping/
2. Log in using the link on the right side of the screen.
3. After you log in you'll see your account information.
4. When you see that click on one of the product types on the left to place an order.
