WHY JOIN THE NATIONAL FREE FLIGHT SOCIETY?
Your membership in NFFS is important as it demonstrates your support of Free Flight.
The NFFS is recognized by the Academy of Model Aeronautics (AMA) as the only voice of Free Flight in the U.S. Free Flight is only one part of model aviation, and relatively small. Your support through membership in NFFS helps us speak with one strong voice.
NFFS supports ALL aspects of Free Flight, regardless of power method, and whether indoor or outdoor flying.
A large number of our members are outside the U.S., and many are overseas, a true testimonial to the value of membership in NFFS.
BENEFITS OF NFFS MEMBERSHIP
- You will receive our great publication, Free Flight, that is published ten times a year. Each issue is 24, or more, pages of information devoted strictly to Free Flight. This alone is well worth the cost of membership.
- You will be eligible for lower contestant entry fees for the many NFFS-Sponsored events at the two National Meets held each year.
- As a member, you will receive discounts on the purchase of many useful publications, our annual Symposium, and our extensive list of model plans. Many of these publications and plans are available only from NFFS.
