Bob combs model Engine Auction

Hello Free Flighters,

Texas Free Flighter Mark Troutman has volunteered to auction off the late Bob Combs’ model engine estate, and 100% of the proceeds will go to the field rental on the Sendera Ranch flying site, home of the Texas Cloud Climbers’ Regional Championship meet, to be held October 16-17, 2010.

Please make note of the following ebay seller and visit his auctions often in the coming weeks.

Bob was a top-class flyer and he owned many excellent FF engines. Among the lot to be auctioned by Mark are: a new-in-the-box Tee Dee .09, Super Cyclone .60, K&B .15, Stels .29, Shuriken .049 and a bunch of nice Super Tigres, Coxes, K&B, and O.S. Maxes.
