Ladies,

Are you tired of sitting in the gym timing airplane flights for your husband/boyfriend? Are you tired of sitting in the gym, period? Are you tired of staying home while he gets to leave and go “play”?

Why not join me in Johnson City, TN this year and have a few “girls’ days out”? There are many interesting and fun things to do in that area of the country. We will have to carpool because renting a larger vehicle would be cost prohibitive.

Johnson City itself has many shops in the older part of town and a really nice farmers market on Saturday morning.

About ½ hour away is Jonesborough, TN. It is the oldest settlement in Tennessee and is a very quaint old town with many antique shops and little stores.

If you are interested in visiting caves, Bristol Caverns is located in Bristol, TN and costs about $12.00 to go inside.

Although it is a drive and is expensive ($60.00 and no senior discount), the Biltmore Estate in Asheville, NC is an AMAZING place to visit. Admittance includes the tour of the house, the farm, and the winery. There is a lot of walking and some stairs in the home itself. The gardens are beautiful as is the plant conservatory.
